You are in control of your Deutsche Bank MasterCard (debit and credit card)! With the configuration options, our app "My Card" offers you extensive transparency and the ability to control your debit or credit card in a completely personalized way, as needed.

The key FEATURES of the "My Card" app at a glance:

• Activate or deactivate your Deutsche Bank Mastercard with a click, differentiated and individually for example, payments online or abroad.
• View and verify all expenses of your Deutsche Bank Mastercard immediately after purchase and attach the receipt as an image directly to the transaction.
• Want to know how much you have spent on fuel with the card so far? Our sorted expenditure history provides insight.
• A quick glance at the always up-to-date available balance informs you about the total amount of your previous expenses.
• Receive timely push notifications about your transactions - you can also customize these.

Additionally:

• Initiate payment disputes quickly and easily through the app.
• Have important phone numbers such as customer service and card blocking always at hand.
• Find ATMs near you.

REQUIREMENTS

The "My Card" app is compatible with all Deutsche Bank MasterCards. These include the Deutsche Bank MasterCard, Deutsche Bank MasterCard GOLD, Deutsche Bank MasterCard Travel, Deutsche Bank MasterCard PLATIN, Deutsche Bank MasterCard BLACK, or Deutsche Bank Card Plus. The "My Card" app can also be used for the Deutsche Bank BusinessCard and Deutsche Bank BusinessCard Direct. Exception: The "My Card" app is not available for the Deutsche Bank Card Virtual.

NOTES

The app requires access to your location for ATM search support. Your location will be used to navigate to a desired branch or ATM through the ATM feature.

It is recommended to enable push notifications for the app to use the individually adjustable push messages. Without this activation, push notifications cannot be received.
